18 For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing,”[a] and, “The worker is worthy of his wage.” [b] 19 Do not accept an accusation against an elder except on the evidence of two or three witnesses. [c] 20 Correct those who continue sinning in the presence of everyone, so that the rest also may fear.[d]
